Japanese Hilltop Teppanyaki

Colleagues gathered again for M's farewell dinner. Finally tried the much raved Japanese teppanyaki among my colleagues. Kept wanting to try it but we always ended up at the wrong venue, below the hill instead of on top.

Parking is aplenty. The restaurant is quite difficult to spot if you have not been there before. Great for a stroll after eating as the view is splendid. But then as it is in Jurong, the view you can see is warehouses.

It is advisable to make reservations before heading there as there WILL be a queue despite the ulu location. Another reason is because they only have 3 teppenyaki counters which can seat around 10 odd people. To have one counter all to yourself just gather around 10 persons and you be likely to have a private corner.

Must-try garlic rice.

Its all ala carte being served here. We had salmons, scallops, prawn, chicken and veggies. We wanted to try the veal but we don't have room for any. Boohoo. All orders come with complimentary desserts.

Dominos Pizza

Dang dang dang! Been wanting to try Dominos for a long time since I spotted the outlet at West Coast. Received lots of rave that the pizza is much better than pizza hut's.

One fine day after work, we decided to order it for dinner.

What amazes me is that they adhere to my timing request at 7.30pm and it is raining outside. On the dot. Further more, there is GPS tracking once you started ordering. (I was bathing after I ordered so I wasn't too concerned on the duration). The price is much cheaper than Pizza Hut's and there isn't any delivery charges! Great!

I would love to order from them again! Shall try thin crust next time.
